About Us
The FashionPass Fairytale
FashionPass started in 2016 to solve a serious personal problem—
I was spending WAY too much money on clothes.
Back then, Joel and I ran FP out of our guest bedroom. We had a whopping
2 racks of clothing and 5 members (shout out to my best friends). I would
ship orders and process returns at our kitchen table and drive everything to
the cleaners at the end of the day while Joel worked on building our website
in the other room. With no office and no venture capitalists, we were really
just two people with some big & crazy dreams.
7 years later, we would've never been able to imagine where we'd be today
— thousands of members all over the country and the most incredible team
(of almost 200!) + a community of literally the best people you'll ever meet.
If you've been to a member meetup, you know I'm not exaggerating.
Then, now, and always, the sole reason FashionPass exists is to make you
truly look and feel like the best version of yourself every time you walk out
your front door.
