Stiff denim
I have tried multiple times to rent items from this brand and they are cute BUT the denim is ALWAYS stiff. It is uncomfortable to sit in, despite sizing up. I don't think it necessarily runs small, but unless your body shape is perfectly straight with no curves it is unrealistic to squeeze into a denim pant with zero stretch so you are forced to size up.
